TERMS:
These terms supersede any and all purchase order terms, fine print, boilerplate, or otherwise.
Payment: We require prepayment on all purchase orders and standing orders from resellers. We accept checks for bulk orders. Checks must clear prior to shipment. We do not accept credit cards for bulk orders.
Shipping: Customer pays shipping. We offer expedited shipping on request. We cannot use your shipper account. Please allow sufficient time for processing and shipping your order. Allow additional shipping time during holidays.
Shortages or non-receipt must be reported to us within 5 calendar days of the ship date. We cannot accept claims for damage when the packaging has been lost or discarded, because then neither we nor the shipping company can verify where the damage occurred. We also cannot accept claims for damage more than 3 days after the package has arrived.
Consignment / Returns: We do not sell books on consignment, nor do we accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Resale Numbers: Florida dealers must include their resale certificate numbers with orders.
Promotional Materials: We can supply complimentary photographs of our publications for your catalog. We also have downloadable press kits for Issues in Internet Law online at http://www.issuesininternetlaw.com/text/presskit.html.
Book Trade: Our books are available from major wholesalers such as Ingram Book Company and Baker & Taylor, and distributors including Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, Follett Higher Education Group, MBS Textbook Exchange, Quality Books, Inc., and The Distributors, Inc.
Single Copy Orders are available from the order page of our Web site, from Amazon.com. BarnesandNoble.com, and many other online booksellers. We accept PayPal credit cards for single copy orders. We do not discount single copies.
Bulk Orders: Send your order to orders@AmberBookCompany.com - DO NOT USE THE ORDER FORM ON THIS SITE FOR BULK ORDERS! A representative will contact you with confirmation of your order and exact shipping charges. The order form on the Web site is not for discounted bulk ordering; it is for single copy orders and is handled by a separate fulfillment agent. If you use that form you will not receive any discount.
